Strategic analysis and road map planning

Strategic analysis is necessary during the initial phase of your FDI planning. We seek to understand our economic development agency clients’ needs and capabilities in order to assess properly the opportunities and potential risks. This evaluation is conducted by a series of information gathering meetings with agency representatives and key participants from local industries, clusters, infrastructure projects and companies representing a cross section of the regional economy in order to analyse your strategic position. The result is a pro-active and clear road map. To deliver the objectives and meet your expectations on time, we propose building a roadmap with the key milestones, tasks, resources and assignments.

Database creation and management

The quality of the database can determine the success of the whole operation. After determining the target areas (geographic, sector) we build, maintain and exploit a series of focused databases that correspond to your specific FDI mission. The databases consist primarily of companies in the designated sectors, but also trade federations, public organizations, multipliers and other intermediaries. A range of databases and sources are used to ensure up-to-date and accurate target companies, including in-house built, maintained and supported databases, market leading private sector database service providers, and databases of government organizations, professional trade and federation services. 

Lead generation and investment project management

All targets receive direct communication, so that we create interest and respond to individual requirements. Capturing all this information enables us to identify “warm” targets, maintain and build relationships, make personalised unique value propositions, organise presentations and share the information with you.

Targets become leads following a process of communication. The communications are personalised as a function of the nature, activity and geographic location of the target. We create and maintain a strong focus on specific target companies and organisations, providing a high level of support to convert targets into landed projects.

Direct and indirect marketing

We offer a number of choices to achieve the level of target communication, contact and then lead generation according to your needs. Direct marketing includes target identification through a direct approach by telephone questionnaires, mail shots, and follow-ups. In addition we offer indirect marketing, company visits, meetings, road show, events participation, and creation of strategic alliances. We will plan and co-ordinate company visits and meetings in various forms such as initial web-based conference calls, off-site meetings, visits to your EDA headquarters, and finally meetings at your prospective lead locations. Our services also include support for post-meeting follow-up.

Trade fairs and event management
