Formed in 1999 as a website management company, Intendance has evolved into two distinct - but related - divisions: Intendance Research and Intendance Systems.
Intendance Research publishes a series of reports each year focusing on the online activities of the professional services sector. Of these reports, the best known is an annual investigation into how law firms present themselves online and their attitude towards their websites. The knowledge gained through this research provides the foundation for Best Practice’ website development methodology and associated consultancy services.
Intendance Systems encompasses all services associated with the development of a website and online business services. Typically based on Open Source content management systems ‘MySource Matrix’ and ‘Azurite’, we undertake every stage of a development project: technical consultancy and project planning, system build and testing, ongoing hosting, and support. Intendance is also able to provide a comprehensive branding and design service through the company's design partners.
