ATEAC is there for you in the event of IT problems. You can choose between the hotline or on-site assistance. 

Two levels of help are available:

Remote: You have access to a hotline (from 9am to 6pm) to help you rapidly find a solution to your problems. This option guarantees that your request will be taken on board quickly to avoid any major loss of productivity and eliminate stressful situations. If your problem has not been remedied after 45 minutes of on-line assistance an alternative solution will be offered. It is worth noting that 90% of problems are solved remotely. Also note that you will not be invoiced if the corrective measure is not successful.

On-site (for an emergency or occasional need):  If your problem could not be solved remotely we undertake emergency on-site troubleshooting. This option guarantees an emergency service within either 4 or 8 working hours depending on the package deal chosen.
