IBT Partners is the representative offices of government organisations that seek to cost-effectively be present and fully represented in France.

On a part or full time basis, from a few days a month to dedicated professionals and support staff, we undertake to work with you on your trade development projects in France.

IBT Partners Client and Project Managers present themselves as your organisation in France - with your adapted office address, phone lines and email addresses.

IBT Partners works with you to detail the trade development program over a period of one to three years. The project(s) and the scope or work will vary mission to mission and also through the timeframe.    IBT Partners planning processes adapts to the representative office requirements being variable and scalable.

The trade development programs undertaken by IBT Partners can include building contact databases, communication with, managing and developing contacts. Attending and reporting on meetings, organising trade fairs and exhibitions, as well as visits to clients’ offices in and outside France.

Project by project and monthly reporting, with updates on our IBT Partners extranet facilitates the exchange of information and communications, as well as trade development co-ordination and co-operation.
