The 27th of January 2006 will remain a memorable day for the citizens of the Dordogne. It was the launch of the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Périgueux in presence of Sir John Holmes, the Ambassador of Great-Britain in France. The aim of which is to provide a wide range of services to assist both French and British companies to develop their business in the region.

The event received even more publicity due to the presence of our French Finance Minister, Mr. Thierry Breton who would not have missed the opportunity to encourage such an initiative.
