Paris boasts over 2,000 companies registered in design-related fields, although a large number of Independent Designers are un-registered. The average turnover per company is €1.1m with over half of the total sector sales derived from Design Packaging.

At the heart of the Paris fashion district, Paris Développement promotes ‘République Innovation’, a unique incubator. It’s mission is to aid the convergence of new technologies with traditional Paris design expertise (fashion, creation, publishing).
